Exhibitors should have their booths set up by 10:00 am on Thursday.

Booth Amenities
Each 10 foot booth comes with the following:
•    Free wireless internet access    •    Two chairs
•    One 110 volt electrical outlet    •    Draped back and side dividers
•    One 8-foot skirted table    •    Booth sign
•    2 registrations - Value $270    •    Carpeted floor
Exhibitors must provide their own power strips and/or extension cords

Nametags will be distributed in alphabetical order by attendee. Exhibitors, please ask for nametags by your registered staff names when you pick them up starting at 7:30 am on Thursday, the 31st.

Additional Attendees
Each 10-foot space includes 2 complete 2-day registrations.
Up to 2 additional registrations per 10-foot booth space are available at $135/person through Jan.15, 2019 and $185 after that date. Double booths are eligible for up to 4 additional registrations and quad booths are eligible for up to 8 additional registrations at the $135/$185 rate. Exhibitors wishing to register additional staff can use the regular attendee registration system at https://cornsoyexpo.org/attendees/register.php

Parking is available on the east and west sides of the Kalahari Convention Center. Please use the regular entrance doors for move in/out of exhibit supplies. Large items can be unloaded at the dock. To protect the carpet of the Kalahari Resort exhibit hall, all vehicles, heavy equipment, and forklifts must be pre-approved before placement at your booth. Vehicles and large equipment cannot be placed in the exhibit area without the supervision of a Kalahari staff member. Proof of insurance to cover damages must be provided by the client. Vehicles must have only a quarter tank or less of fuel. Batteries must be disconnected and plastic protection must be placed under the vehicle. Any display booth item over 50 pounds must be brought in through the loading dock entrance.

Exhibitors agree not to dismantle or pack exhibits before 12:30 pm, Feb. 1, but must remove all exhibit materials by 4:00 pm, Feb. 1, 2019.  Dismantling before 12:30 pm Friday, will result in loss of exhibit space for future shows.

Valley Expo & Displays is the Official Services Contractor for the booths at the Corn/Soy Expo. Valley Expo will be in contact with you soon with an Exhibitor Service Kit that contains further instructions on the show and opportunities to order additional services for your booth.

Booth Restrictions and Drapery
No part of the exhibit may extend into the aisle. Draping at the back of the booth is 8 ft. high and side draping is 3 ft. high. The exhibit area is carpeted with facility carpet.

Booth Materials Shipping Instructions
Valley Expo & Displays is prepared to receive your freight in advance at one of their warehouse locations or directly at the show site. All shipments must be sent prepaid; collect freight shipments will be refused. Information on advance freight is included in your exhibitor kit being sent from Valley Expo.
Exhibitors are responsible for crating and uncrating of their own product. Kalahari Resort will not accept freight deliveries for this show except through Valley Expo.
