Taste of Elegance

Thursday, February 2, 2017 beginning at 6:15 p.m.

Join the Wisconsin Pork Association for the Taste of Elegance and enjoy an elegant evening filled with exquisite pork entrees prepared by Wisconsin's finest chefs. Eight chefs from throughout the state will prepare creative pork recipes to compete for over $2000 in prizes and a complimentary trip to the Culinary Institute of America in California.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample each of the chef's unique pork dishes and vote for their favorite to determine the People's Choice winner.  A panel of three judges will also evaluate the pork entrees based on taste, originality, and appearance to determine the overall contest winner.

The evening will also include a silent auction and live pie auction to raise funds for Wisconsin Pork Association's scholarships and youth programs. Ann O'Leary, 69th Alice in Dairyland, will emcee the Taste of Elegance reception and awards ceremony.

Admission to the Taste of Elegance is included with 2-Day Full Event Registration and 1-Day Thursday Limited Registration. Additional tickets will be available for purchase the day of the event.
