Cancellations/Substitutions/No Shows: Cancellation of space must be submitted in writing. Full refunds granted upon receipt of written request to akask@wisoybean.org. The request must be received by Friday, December 30, 2026. No refunds will be granted on or after Saturday, December 31, 2026. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full conference fee.

The request must be received by Friday, January 8, 2027. Requests made between January 9-January 15, 2027, will be assessed a $50/registrant administrative fee. No refunds will be granted on or after Friday, January 15, 2027. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full conference fee.

On-site registrants will not be guaranteed meals, conference materials and/or complimentary items.
