WSA director

Doug Rebout is a lifelong Wisconsin farmer who operates a diversified grain and livestock operation near Janesville with his brothers and nephews. Their farm produces soybeans, corn, winter wheat, rye, and alfalfa, and also raises custom heifers and a small number of Holstein steers.

Doug serves as president of the Wisconsin Soybean Association and is deeply engaged in agricultural advocacy, including biofuels policy and mental-health awareness within the farming community. He previously spent nine years with the Wisconsin Corn Growers Association, including three years as president, and currently serves as chair of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.

Doug and his wife, Christine, have been married for 32 years and are the proud parents of their adult daughter, Natalia.
