Brian Pierce

Brock is a Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management instructor at Northcentral Technical College in Wausau. He has been chef at country clubs, bar and grills, wedding venues and fine dining restaurants in Wisconsin and New York and for the last five years has grilled at the Wisconsin State Fair for the Wisconsin Pork Association.  His PhD work is in “Gustatory Aesthetics”, or how and whether food can be beautiful, pleasing and meaningful, from SUNY-Buffalo.
