Dr. Leah Kellesvig, Ph.D., works in swine technical sales and service at Vita Plus. She works with producers across the Midwest and enjoys working as a team with producers to develop practical nutrition and management strategies to help them achieve their goals and protect profitability.

Kellesvig earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Iowa State University and her Ph.D. from University of Illinois. Her research programs had a heavy emphasis on applied commercial research and included work on management strategies to reduce transport losses in market weight pigs and the application of single fixed time insemination in gilts.
