
Megan Wolf is a therapist at Southwest Counseling who brings a unique perspective and belief in a healthy holistic balance of mind, body and spirit. She’s spent nearly a decade working with substance abuse disorders and mental health, specializing in addictions and how it affects the Individual and their family relationships. She received her MSE in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and an MBA in Organization Development and BS in Human Resources from Upper Iowa University.
Megan’s treatment approaches include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy, brain change neuroscience, mindfulness, communication skill building and personal growth development.
