The second you hear them, you’re sure to remember them. The 2027 Wisconsin Corn•Soy Expo is bringing two powerhouse voices in agriculture to the Wisconsin Dells.
Tyne Morgan, host and executive producer of U.S. Farm Report, will deliver the keynote address at 8 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, 2027, while Mike Pearson, host of This Week in Agribusiness on RFD-TV, will take the stage at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22.
“One of the things that makes this such a valuable event is the opportunity for farmers to hear directly from some of the most trusted voices in agriculture,” said Luke Goessling, WSA director and chair of the Wisconsin Corn•Soy Expo committee.
The Wisconsin Corn•Soy Expo will be held Jan. 21-22, 2027, at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in the Wisconsin Dells and will bring together farmers, agribusiness professionals, industry leaders and agricultural stakeholders from across the region.
“Tyne Morgan has spent her career telling the stories of rural America and helping producers stay informed about the issues impacting their operations,” said WSA President Doug Rebout. “We’re excited to welcome her to Wisconsin and know attendees will walk away inspired and better informed.”
A Missouri native with generations of agricultural roots, she began her broadcasting career at age 16 and later earned a degree in Agricultural Journalism from the University of Missouri. After serving as a national reporter for AgDay and U.S. Farm Report, she made history in 2014 as the first female host of U.S. Farm Report.
As host and executive producer, Morgan continues to provide in-depth reporting on the issues, trends and stories shaping agriculture while highlighting the people and communities that make rural America unique. Her award-winning journalism and storytelling have earned her numerous honors throughout her career, including The Doan Award.
On Friday morning, Pearson will present “What’s Driving Agriculture Now?” drawing from his extensive experience covering commodity markets, agricultural policy and global trade.
Raised on a hog and cattle farm in south-central Iowa, Pearson began his career in agricultural lending before transitioning into agricultural broadcasting. He has hosted Market to Market on public television, the Ag News Daily podcast and currently serves as host of This Week in Agribusiness.
Each year, Pearson interviews more than 1,000 professionals throughout the agricultural industry, including market analysts, policymakers, economists and trade experts. His presentation will provide attendees with a practical look at the key factors shaping agriculture today and what may lie ahead for producers.
“Mike’s ability to break down complex issues into actionable information has made him a trusted source for farmers across the country,” said Kate Lonze, Wisconsin Corn Growers Association associate director and Corn•Soy Expo committee member. “His perspective on markets, policy and trade will provide tremendous value for our attendees.”
Additional details, registration information and the full event schedule will be announced in the coming months.
